A possible double stone row measuring 57m long, including 12 small, medium and large-sized stones situated on the north facing side of a ridge. There is a considerable gap between the northern and southern ends of the row which casts doubt on the stone row identification. The row is orientated north to south.

Identification
Category: Possible. The considerable gap between the two groups of stones means that it is possible that this monument represents the remains of two separate settings. For this reason this site should properly be considered as a possible row.

Stones 1 (left) and 2. View from north with other stones visible beyond (Scale 1m). Stone 1 is orientated at 260° and measures 0.4m long by 0.25m wide and stands 0.3m high. Stone 2 is orientated at 100° and measures 0.40m long by 0.25m wide and stands 0.2m high.

Stone 7. View from south west with stones 5, 6 and 3 beyond. This stone is orientated at 90° and measures 0.66m long by 0.3m wide and 0.34m high.
Stone 8. View from south with stones 5 and 6 beyond. This stone is orientated at 285° and measures 0.85m long by 0.68m wide and stands 1.2m high.
Stone 9. View from east with stone 8 beyond. This stone is orientated at 270° and measures 0.8m long by 0.45m wide and stands 0.98m high.
Stone 10. View from south. This stone is orientated at 190° and measures 1.07m long by 0.60m wide and 0.34m high.
Stone 11. View from south west. This stone is orientated at 90° and measures 1.1m long by 0.9m wide and 0.25m high.
Stone 12 is orientated at 355° and measures 1m long by 0.6m.
Access Information
Car parking is available at SE 47973 95903. From here follow the trackway south to SE 47978 95640 and take the fork to the right and walk to around SE 47280 95708. From here cross the moorland to the row.
